Influencer / Partner Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)
This text has been prepared within the scope of KVKK No. 6698 regarding the processing of personal data of people who apply for or participate in the Velveta influencer/reference/affiliate program.

2. Data That Can Be Processed
According to the nature of the program: - name, surname, contact information, - social media username, profile link, platform and account information, - follower/reach/interaction and content performance information, - application responses and evaluation records, - reference link/code and attributed sales records, - commission/progress/payment records, - IBAN/bank information, - tax/TIN/TC ID number and necessary financial document information, - free product/cargo/delivery records, - support/correspondence records, - IP, device, session, panel logs and security records, - contract/approval version and time of acceptance (VKN)
can be processed.
It is essential not to request unnecessary data and data minimization.
3. Purposes and Legal Reasons
Data; - evaluation of the application, - creation of influencer account, - reference/code attribution, - commission calculation and payment, - free product/shipping processes, - fraud and abuse prevention, - implementation of contract and advertising rules, - tax/accounting liabilities, - disputes and protection of rights, - program communication
For the purposes of KVKK article 5, the establishment/performance of the contract, legal obligation, establishment/use/protection of a right and, if there are conditions, legitimate interest may be processed based on legal grounds.
Explicit consent is only used in transactions that do not have any other appropriate processing condition and actually require consent.
Transactional communication scope
Currently, it is not planned to send marketing messages to customers and influencers. Ordering, payment, delivery, return/refund, support and account security with the customer; Necessary communication can be established with the influencer regarding the execution of the current program, application, contract, commission, payment and documents. The use of e-mail, SMS, phone or WhatsApp must be limited, necessary and proportionate to the need of the specific transaction, the contact information provided and the preferences. These messages should not contain promotions; Invitations to participate in new campaigns are not automatically considered transactional.
No separate marketing approval is required for this scope. Registration does not constitute consent to all kinds of messages. Within the scope of KVKK, data processing conditions appropriate to the specific transaction, informing data subjects, security and, if any, international transfer conditions are also provided.
If marketing is initiated in the future, the necessary separate permissions and IYS (Commercial Electronic Message Management System) procedures are completed before starting. Required marketing approval cannot be made a condition of membership/purchase; boxes cannot be pre-ticked. Approval and rejection records are kept and the procedures/periods in the legislation are applied.

If personal data is transferred to overseas social media/technical service providers, a transfer mechanism in accordance with the terms of KVKK article 9 is applied.
5. Storage
Data; It is stored for the required/legal period for the purpose, taking into account the program/contract relationship, tax-accounting, electronic commerce and dispute periods.
6. Rights and Application

Updating the Text
Velveta may update this text and the relevant terms of service/operation at any time for the future. The current text and effective date are displayed on the relevant page or in the pre-transaction information. No additional fees will be charged to completed orders; Rights arising from previous transactions and mandatory legislation are protected. Changes that require notification/acceptance in existing contracts are made with the necessary procedure. If the purpose or legal requirement of data processing changes, the relevant clarification and, if necessary, new consent process are carried out before starting the changed processing.
