Concrete product delivery or reciprocal performance commitments previously expressly agreed for a particular campaign are not terminated solely because of this general provision; Relevant agreements and legislation are applied.
The Influencer is not prohibited from using his own referral link or code in his actual exchange; may earn commission if the order meets other commission eligibility requirements. Using the same household, card or account alone is not a reason for commission rejection. However, generating commissions through fake/duplicate transactions, artificial sales creation, attribution manipulation or abuse of refund/payment processes is prohibited. 8. Commission and Progress Payment
Commission rate; The influencer level is determined according to the rules announced before the sale on the product, campaign, sales channel or program panel.
The commission is calculated only on the commission-eligible products in the order. The calculation base is the product sales price, including VAT, remaining after the discounts applied to the relevant product. Shipping/delivery costs are not included in the commission calculation, regardless of whether the shipping is paid or free; Amounts other than the product sales price are not included in the calculation base. Cart discount is distributed consistently across relevant products. The commission is zero for orders that do not contain products eligible for commission; Paying only the shipping fee does not generate commission. The calculation basis for the free product line is zero. No commission is incurred for canceled or returned products; For partial refunds, corrections are made only on the relevant product/amount. The rate to be applied, product scope and calculation method are announced on the panel before the sale.
For an order to be considered eligible for commission, it must be: - the payment has been collected successfully, - the order has been validly attributed to the relevant Influencer by the system, - the order has been delivered, - completion of the withdrawal/return process and Velveta's reasonable verification checks, - the order is not fraudulent, manipulative, duplicate or against the program rules

If an order subject to a paid commission subsequently becomes invalid due to a chargeback, fraudulent transaction or refund, Velveta may deduct the relevant amount from subsequent progress payments or request a refund.
9. Progress Payment Control, Minimum Payment and Payment Request
Commission; It turns into progress payment suitable for payment after collection, delivery, expiry of the applicable withdrawal/return period, valid reference and necessary controls.
For a normal payment request, the minimum payment balance is 500 TL. Influencer who reaches this amount can request payment at any time via the panel or the notified communication channel. Automatic weekly or monthly payment dates are not guaranteed.
Payment is made to the appropriate payment account upon request, after the validity of the progress payment and the verification of the required identity, bank, tax, invoice or other mandatory financial documents are completed. Payment is made only to the bank account registered in the real person Influencer's own name or the legal person Influencer's own name. Payment is not made to third party accounts. If the account holder information and the verified Influencer ID/title do not match, the payment will be held until the correct account information is provided; This does not eliminate the valid progress payment. Checks are carried out within a reasonable time; Valid and undisputed progress payments are not kept waiting for an indefinite period without justification. This provision also does not constitute a five business day review or thirty day payment guarantee; Legal obligations are reserved.
Valid balance below 500 TL accumulates. When the program ends, regardless of the normal withdrawal threshold, the applicable balance will be liquidated after final checks and required documentation are completed; It is not deleted just because it remains below the threshold.
Amounts with concrete refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, duplicate records, incorrect attributions, technical errors or document discrepancies may be kept pending a justified review. This situation does not constitute a basis for arbitrarily holding other undisputed amounts.
Velveta reserves its legally valid rights of deduction and reclaim for commissions that have lost their basis or have been overpaid. Legal deduction and notification obligations apply.
The relevant commission amount of the order subject to the refund request may be temporarily closed during the review of the request. If the request is rejected or withdrawn and no other valid blockage is found, the relevant blockage will be removed. When the valid product return is verified and recorded by the operation, only the commission corresponding to the returned product/amount is adjusted; For partial refunds, the commission for other eligible products is retained. A legally valid offset or reclaim may be applied in respect of previously paid commissions. Recording a product return is not the same as recording that a customer refund has been completed; No excessive or repeated commission deductions are made.
10. System Logs and Attribution
The validity period of the reference resulting from the reference link is not fixed; It is set by Velveta in the system settings and can be changed for future redirects. The period and conditions to be applied are notified via the panel or appropriate electronic communication channel before the change comes into force. Previously valid references and progress payments are not eliminated retroactively simply because of a change in time; 14. The amendment rules in the article apply.
If a valid influencer coupon is used in the order, the sale is attributed to the Influencer to which the coupon is linked; This attribution does not depend on the validity period of the reference link. Coupon attribution takes precedence over link attribution in the same order; No duplicate commissions will arise for the same sale. Validity of the coupon, active Influencer account and other commission eligibility conditions apply separately. Using a coupon does not guarantee payment in all cases.
Reference clicks, coupon usage, order, payment, delivery, return, panel logs and system records can be taken as basis in commission review.
